I've recently started to get into the a/w british/english fashion trend that's all the hype about in Japan right now.

New nails this week!! Pastel leopard prints. A splash of pop colours and im totally in love with it~ this took me faster than the rilakkuma set. barely 40 mins.

Daiso restocked the tea roses and dont they make a statement as a centrepiece for the dining table at home in a pretty vase? I do think so ... mom is loving it very much too.

lazy days have started again. The weather in June is gloomy it seems. rain pours and puddles of water almost everyday. Is it so hard to catch a glimpse of mr sun today?

Managed some beach activities before the rain decides to engulf the whole week away.

久々ね皆さん！i'm officially back with the internet!! yes its a long story but all is good now. i even have a couple of new gadgets too~ talking about the net, i'm losing the ability to surf the net for the whole day! i'd definitely say its a good change.. but it really does feel like i just lost touch of something important.

i guess feeling lost wasn't a bad thing after all and trying to step out of the comfort zone which was the advice i was constantly given (but i was just too comfortable to actually heed it). somehow the encounter today brought back my confidence and direction to where i ended after graduation, the lost is now regained and i do feel good about it. truthfully i don't even feel that 3 years was a waste of my time finding what i really want, it's more like a soul searching process that not many can actually have and i'm grateful that my parents gave me the opportunity to bump around & being who i wanna be freely~ so to those who are still soul searching out there, don't worry what others think of you, just follow your instinct and slowly take a step and eventually you'll just find yourself, it doesn't have to be a big moment, the littlest counts too.

and i did some random shopping for spring accessories again! spring always tend to give me a romantic vibe. do u get that too? Hmm... Most of the photos are taken with instagram and Talmud about it, I'm kinda addicted to the app, and wads dope, it's foc!!

Managed to finally get my hands on the no.1 sweet dolly brown palette of tsu-chan's latest eyeshadow collection and I love it! I just love everything she produces!!! I'm a 大ファン！！！！o(^▽^)ohahahaha!!!! So crazy!! 笑(*^^*)

so its been weeks as usual for an update. well how should i put it? it's just the blogger in me thats losing it's worth. not so much of a talker these days either.. or probably the emotional instinct vanish in thin air..

had an event with the girls at MBS last wed. the opening ceremony of juicy couture. their 2nd store since Ngee Ann City. thanks for the invite R. and though i'm not really a fan of it's sweet, fun, electric design, they do have some to die for accessories which i don't mind getting at all.

plus meet-ups with old schoolmates every week. traders hotel buffet style dinner with the awesome high school mates to crazy butter factory fun the next day with my fun spaceship crew!!! though i was such a downer, probably due to lack of sleep. even iwata sensei told me that my eyes were smaller than usual that week, and lack of energy! i'm just getting aged~ just like a cup of good ol' wine! lol wad rubbish!! i'm definitely not going to make that happening. yes so u age yes so u get wrinkly. but the fun will always be there. i just need to hype it back up~ out of comfort zone.

i keep getting distracted every time i start typing a new entries thats why they never made it to publish.

just got back from my kukup trip and i would say it was fun but i'm still a city girl at heart, so there are still certain things that i'm not willing to give up. and i definitely can't imagine myself living in such a place over time.

today marks the 2nd last day to my project. i'll have to stop my procrastination right now and get back on gear to get this baby moving in the right direction. and japanese class commences every saturday now in march. no more JLPT prep course, that was the hell!! i'm back to the fun lessons that i'd been having ever since i step foot into that school and with the same teacher of course which makes it sweeter than candy alone.

It doesn't have that glossy yucky feel most synthetic wigs have, and it's really comfy too which is a plus. Just decided to doll up a bit while I was trying it on. & that top which I bought from DipDrops was actually a thought over buy, which I'm glad I did.

Do like the color v much. But thank god for that patch of brown, or I think I'll look weird in just blond. Blond is definitely not my color.

Lovely get together with the ladies for high tea. These bite size sandwiches & tarts are simply delicious. We had our post x'mas gift exchage too as I was caught up with stuffs the week before.

New experience

Dropped by NEX for a little shopping trip, which ended up big. It being Monday, and crowded just shows how popular this mall has gotta be. Smack right in the middle of the heartland, I was quite a traveling distance for me.

Lunched at Freshness Burger. A fast-food chain in Japan. I love how they retain the essence of it which made me wish I was back for Spring to picnic under the sakura flowers & cool weather. Layering without worrying that I'd pass out due to heatstroke.

As we were walking Mom decided to check out the shoes at Tangs Studio, which I was surprise that they actually have an outlet there. I got myself a pair of kitten-heeled pumps which I totally adore. THey are from Martina Pink which is an in house label.. really cute and whimsical, which I like. Checking out Irregular Choice this month too. Definitely want a pair of those too.

Glassware decor for my room as usual. Love collecting little ornaments for my room recently, and this was going for a steal, so I knew I'd to. It was a shop which carries really "Laura Ashleyish" designs which is so adorable, I almost got lost among the treasures.

Will definitely be back.

I'm actually bored right now. Finally I'm off the course. Pretty informative as usual, but hopefully that I put 'em to some good use. Aside that bland weekend, I scored a new MacBook Pro on Saturday. It's just me & Windows, we don't get along hand-in-hand. So sad. But definitely not complaining about the whole love-affair with Mac. I'm sold since my first PowerBk 6 years ago.

MORNINGGGG! Feeling drowsy at this moment at half-past-six. Hitting the sack for a light sleep before heading back to finish overdue stuffs due to a unproductive Thursday.

Finally I got my hands on a new keyboard yesterday after a 2 weeks wait of nothingness, hence decided to try my luck again at a nearby APPLE outlet & I was lucky enough that they had tons of stock. it seems rather funny how some others are pretty much worried about my submission instead. so the verdict to it, i'm stuck for ideas, and i couldn't care less (well at least for the worrying) about it, since i know it would be done, the fastest possible way.

the constant balance of the mind & soul is tres important, since frustration is easily bred. rushing into things is not really going to help. what should be done instead, taking deep breaths, stop and find a alternative route.

Hiatus

Its been a while. I'm at the verge of turning into a zombie. Everything is rather complicated or should I say that I'm getting things in my life back in order.

Many things happen for a reason. People come and go, there's never forever. We just need to learn to treasure the present, let go of the past and look forward into the future with both an open heart and mind. Something that happened last month taught me a valuable lesson, it's not too late to start, but there's definitely gonna be lotsa obstacles and negative response during this change. Thank you obachan, I love u. Your fighting spirit at such an age really gt me. And just a simple thank you cannot express much but pls get well soon!!

I've been swaying back and forth. I know I'm no longer 23, but there's just some parts of me that I feel unbearable of letting go. But there's this other 25 year old emerging.

Will get back afresh soon. Goig for a hiatus to sort my life's shuffle.

Meantime, stay healthy!

Sleepless night again. My eyebags are getting really bad and this is not really helping much. Blaming on the weather doesn't help either, it's a choice between fresh air or the fan. Talking about fans, they annoy my nose very much. The ghastly wind blown from that device, evil!

So I'm randomly typing nonsensical notions on my blog. So? It's not like you are reading. Are you? My brain is just functioning weirdly this morning, my eyes are all sore but I can't close them, it's was past time to sleep! NoooO! What am I to do?! Shrugs~

Anyways Granny has been emo-ing lately. Poor dear, she feels lonely. Come on, being in a hospital is already a scary thing! I hate the sight of it, being in it spells BOREDOM! Get well soon love.

Re-reads are fun, to me. It just about reminiscing the feeling of when I bought the particular book and the atmosphere felt for the first time.

This particular book brings back memories of winter Tokyo instantly and warm tea. A soothing vibe I need right this instant for a boost.

Been feeling really tires and worn. Insides chaotic and tangled. May be a good old high tea session will do me some good.

Dinner on a Friday with my fellow leggy girls @ ION. Tried 「Go Go Curry」which was delish, but definitely feeling the after effects of heatiness. The color of the curry just reminded me of NODAME's famous deadly curry which is just too funny!

And my first cup of 「Happy Lemon」which is joyful to the tastebuds.

Rolling up my sleeves for an intensive update~
I've been neglecting everything. Truthfully, blogging is actually making me feel bored out of my wits.. since there's Twitter now, it just makes everything easier, but at the same time killing the joy of blogging?!

Saturday class is taking a toil right now.. I'm really wondering if I'm up for N2 (JLPT 2) this year. That aside.. Bernice-chan met us after class which was really fun since it has been yonks since we gather as a group of 4!! Really miss those days when we were less stressed out from class...

Being that we were coincidentally dress to match that day decked in DENIM~ hence we decided that we should tag ourselves "DENIM" !!

Lunched @ Wendy's was fine.. not the best that I'd in mind. But definitely better than other crappy fast food joints, just so you get the idea.

So I splurged a little on Wednesday.. due to the arrival of KATE @ Watsons. Now it has got to be my fav hangout.. haha!

It was just a coincidence that everything was in PINK! BUT, Popteen is promoting BLUE as the in color for the season. Oh who cares.

Now, a girl can never have TOO MUCH of cosmetics, can she??

& so is enrichment for the soul.

Still thinking if I should have the exam next year too.. it's a 50-50 feeling now. Which means I need to push myself exceeding my limits to achieve where I want to be. Pop music can be fun to listen, but it's really hard getting the right tempo..

Studying for mock test this Saturday is going no where.. instead I'm still stuck at page 6! SIGHS!! Yah, another exam.. you must be thinking "I'm siao"! HAHA~ so what if I am, so what?!

KINO SALES are to die for la, seriously! I grabbed 4 books in 10 mins! Mad shiat, & the queue @ the counter was equally MADHATTER! LOL.. going back again tomorrow to see if I miss out any manga... COME ON ITS 20% OFF LOL!

Busy Bee reporting for update this Saturday morning.

My tummy is growling this very moment while waiting for my breakfast to arrive. Class later at 1:30pm, trying to finnish up my leftovers.

Anyhoos, it's been quite a hectic week as so to speak. A 2 weeks course that I'm currently attending, put me in no leftover time for any other thing.

Twitting and blogging, which do you prefer.? Personally I'd still vote blogging hands down. But pen and paper still overrule everything to me. I'm such an old soul.

Heading off to Lala-Land in a couple of minutes. 7 to be exact. Have to be up real early for and head down for a business program tomorrow and the Sunday. Burn weekends~ means missing Japanese class, badminton on Sundays as well. But what can I say, "take it with an open mind and learning heart". HAHA and be less serious about everything which I usually am. Damn I'm negative..!!

Insomnia seems to be back. Probably due to bad sleep pattern over the past couple of days. Down with flu yesterday & a slight sore throat, but it subsided.

Sipping my cup of chamomile tea hoping that it will bring me to slumber later. There's gng to be a heavy load of work to be done later in the afternoon. & hoping that I don't get tempted by Mr. Sandman.

Talking about tea, I realized that my collection has been increasing over the past few months and now I've altogether 7 different type of tea to choose from. Now this is insane.. but oh well, I've been trying to kick the habit of drinking coffee, but tea is caffeinated too. SIGHS*

I do lack motivation and confidence, and tend to over achieve. I guess it's something that I have to learn the hard way as usual. But am telling myself that things are needed to be started small, and it's always hard when you are trying out something new that is not in your comfort zone.

Trying my very best at it ~ wish me luck!

Disclaimer: this is a review.

Heroine make faux eyelashes.
The three popular numbers. Really distictive differences in patterns n volume too.

Just started using no.1 and I got really attached to the natural look and feel of the lashes. The lash bone has got to be the thinest amongst the two others.

Both no.3 & 4 are the volume series. 4 would be totally suitable for night party make up but not day, in my opinion. As for 3 it is pretty subtle to wear in the day and slight dramatic effect for an evening look!

It could be a little uncomfortable for first timers due to the thick lashbone, but application wise is as easy as putting on gloves.

The past week has been mayhem for me. All the talks in which I'd to be down at Expo, and many other minor stuffs alongside. I'm glad it's all put to a little rest for the time being. But I surprisingly miss dressing up corporate!! Lol

So this was what Id been attending for the past week in 3 days. Even the stage looks well.. Corporate lol!

This little thing was bound on my wrist three days and I felt imprison by it.

On a personal note I'd say it's quite a mind opening experience, n not forgetting that it's something out of the box that I'd never have done if not for it being a must. But glad I did.

Decide to start off the afternoon with some fun. Here is thr infamous Rilakkuma, in his well "monthly" chronicles that Ive started about a year ago and discontinued, but hope he's here to stay now..

He was found on the ground drape with cloth I wonder what was he doing. Anyways those are my unworn washed jeans. Lol! Maybe he decided that he wanted to try out my skinnies and head out shopping, instead of being cooped up in my room since the day I got him.. Oops!

High tea @ hyatt

I've not much photographs to present how dining in for high tea at the Scotts Lounge at Hyatt hotel was such an amazing experience.

For starters, it's a quint all doors little dining area just near the end of the hotel. Dress in dark rich wood and lovely furnitures n armchairs to go along.

Assorted array of food from meat to desserts and wide seletion of tea to be pampered.

You'll be greeted with awesome service and a view of a mini waterfall just right outside.

My favourite has got to be the pumkin soup together with beef. A bite-size smoked salmon sandwich and macarrons for dessert that looks too good to eat which taste heavenly.

I'd recommend this place if you're looking for a reasonably priced place to have old fashion high tea. A definite choice not to miss.

Just remember to call in for reservations as they are usually full house.

Time: 2pm - 5pm
Price: $28+++
